The venue is fairly clean and the employees are fantastic and friendly. the room is well decorated with a good-sized bathroom. the location is unbeatable, situated in a stunningly beautiful area just off the seafront and town center. the Trelawney Guest House is only a 5-minute drive from a coastal zoo.

The weather was wonderful, had comfortable stay for 3 nights. The full English breakfast with coffee, cereal, tea, toast and biscuits was superb. The hotel was placed in the very central location near the beach.

This place has a beautiful location, just minutes away from a bus stop, and the full English breakfast is a great bonus, with very helpful staff working here.

We were treated like old friends from the moment we arrived, Rosie and Jim were helpful and chatty with us and the other guests. The breakfasts were filling and a good choice of extras. Short walk to the shopping centre and sea front from a centrally located hotel. We look forward to our next visit.

The room was good sized and recently upgraded with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Very central location close to Paignton & Brixham, Torquay, and other areas. Riviera International Centre was within walking distance.

Allowed to check in 2 hours early on Saturday, greeted by very friendly owners and a nice freshly decorated room with a new ensuite.

The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Torquay Connections. the twin room is modern and tidy. the staff are all pretty friendly. It was a wonderful stay for a holiday of their own.

The hotel is a nice clean comforting place, and the staff are great! We had a great time, the area is fairly quiet allowing for a great night's sleep.

The young Irish lady was extremely welcoming and very helpful with local attractions and restaurants.She was lovely. Our breakfast was delicious and the ingredients were very fresh. The room was comfortable and very clean.
